Class Homepage and Database | ||

Please check the class homepage periodically and look at the new items that can be found on the homepage. Also, don't forget to update your personal information on the homepage. Each time we send out class emailing we have 25-30 messages returned due to incorrect email addresses. Our goal this year is to get all of the addresses (email and home) updated in time for 40th reunion mailings and we won't be able to do it without your help. For those of you who haven't used the class homepage or the USNA homepage recently I am including some directions and helpful hints for you to update your information. In order to find information on classmates or to update your own info first enter http://www.usna64.org/ - then click on Class Database You need to enter your user name and password to access this information. Your user name is your First & Middle initials and Lastname ( example: FMLastname) Your password is: temp (you will be able to change the password when you update your own information in the database section). Click on submit my login. You will then have access to the class database. Once in the database section you can click to see various lists - last roll call, missing classmates, email addresses for all of our class. If looking for specific classmate, click on Search for a classmate by various parameters . Once that opens you can: look for an individual, or find all company mates or all classmates living in a state or specific zip code. Scott Bushnell maintains the database for us and has set up queries to make using the database easy for us. If you want information for someone enter their name and click on Get this person's record. Their information will be displayed. Once you access your information you can change the password if you wish. |
